In the course of my work I often get the chance to create logos for medium to small-sized companies. The logos below were created for a number of companies and products. These ranged from an oline video streaming service to an Indonesian Peanut Sauce.
While working with the team within Microsoft that is responsible for UX and digital creative for the Microsoft Store, I was asked to come up with a visual identity for the group. The team projects ranged from the highly analytical to those that required a wide-open emotive approach. The resulting design was a mark that told the story of this split while also introducting a generative element. Each document used a different mark, and whenever an email was sent a different iteration of the logo was attached to the email signature.
Gunshoe is an artist's cooperative and guerilla art action group. The logo system for their site and stickers is composed of any combination of a gun + shoe image and the word Gunshoe. The result is an identity that nods to anonymity in the form of a ransom note. Further dummy symbols and indications add to the mystery.
